ABOUT US
Fernley Physical Therapy has been in Fernley, Nevada since 1991. Our goal is to serve and support the needs of the Fernley community and the surrounding rural communities by providing expert physical therapy care and treatment.
We have private treatment rooms, a fully equipped exercise gym, and a heated therapy pool.
OUR THERAPISTS
Bridgette Lesar, PT
Bridgette rejoined us in July 2019, after working at a practice in Reno for a year. She continues to provide excellent care for our patients.
In her spare time, Bridgette works with her Basenjis, Sky, Daisy and Opal, to prepare them for both beauty, agility and obedience shows.
Ashlesha Pandhre DPT
Ashlesha joins us from Mumbai India where she earned her Masters Degree in Physical Therapy. After working in various institutions in Mumbai she decided to come to the United States to complete her studies. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University, California. Ashelesha and her husband, Lyle, enjoy hiking, visiting family in the Bay Area and taking care of their two young children.
Lyle DSouza, DPT
Lyle also joins us from India where he earned his Masters Degree in Physical Therapy. He worked for in India for a number of years and then come to the United States where he earned his doctorate in Physical Therapy at Loma Linda University, California. He is married to Ashlesha and they have two young children.
OUR PHYSICAL THERAPY TECHNICIANS
We have PT Technicians who help the Therapists when they are treating patients.
They assist with modalities and certain exercises as well make sure the treatment rooms and gym area are always clean and ready for our patients.
OUR OFFICE STAFF
Carol Kovet
Carol is the Insurance Specialist and Billing Assistant. She obtains all the authorizations for treatment from the medical insurance companies, Medicare and Medicaid for our patients, and assists with all the admin involved.
Lynda Lautz
Lynda is the Office Manager and owns the practice with her husband Rudi. Lynda runs the office and handles a number of admin tasks. Lynda and Rudi have adult 2 sons. Lynda and Rudi enjoy walking, and attending all the fairs and festivals that Reno offers.
Pamela Walklin: Receptionist
Pam is the first person our patients see when they come into our practice. She schedules appointments for our patients, answers the phone and makes sure that all the necessary paperwork is complete and up to date.
